She combined advocacy and empathy to challenge stakeholders to think about how we might design more holistic products for all of our users. Equity-focused design is her method of practice, and she believes that if we uplift those most marginalized, everyone is uplifted. Her life's mission is to research and advocate for the stories of unheard voices in product design.
